To cancel a domain's auto-renewal:
- Login to our client area.
- On the 'Domains' menu select 'my domains'
- On the list of domains, select 'manage domain' next to the particular domain you wish to disable renewal for
- Select the 'Auto Renew' tab and disable renewal on the next page.
Keep in mind that if an existing invoice is already generated for a domain our team will need to manually cancel it.
