To upgrade or downgrade your hosting account, log in to the client area and follow these steps:
- Click on Services > My Services.
- There you'll see all the products and services in your account. Find the hosting package you wish to upgrade or downgrade and click on the triangle on the far left, next to the View Details button. In the drop-down, click on Upgrade/Downgrade. (screenshot)
- Next, choose which hosting package you wish to change to.
- On the next screen you'll see an overview of the package. Click on the "Click to Continue >>" button on the bottom.
- Follow the steps on subsequent screens to complete payment.
