How do I reset my cPanel username or password?

Your username cannot be reset. If you lose your username, please open a support ticket and we will provide that info to you.

Your password can be reset by following these steps:

  1. Go to the cPanel login page.
  2. Click on the Reset password link on the bottom left.
  3. On the next screen, enter your username and click on Reset password.
  4. Your new password will be emailed to you to the address associated with your hosting account. If you're not sure what email address that is, please open a support ticket and we will provide that info to you.
