When I try to check webmail or go to cPanel I see a security/SSL warning.

cPanel – the software that allows you to manage much of your hosting account – has been trying to make things more secure all around. That includes how cPanel itself and Webmail are accessed.

If when you go to www.yourdomain.com/cpanel or www.yourdomain.com/webmail (where yourdomain.com is your site's URL) and you end up seeing a security/SSL warning (something along the lines of the site being untrusted), this is purely because the server uses a self-signed SSL certificate that the browser warns you about. However, if you click to okay and bypass that message you'll be able to log into cPanel or Webmail as normal – the data is still encrypted.

However, you should probably not be seing this message as going to www.yourdomain.com/cpanel or www.yourdomain.com/webmail should redirect you to https://host.blockwire.co:2083/ and https://host.blockwire.co:2096/ respectively, which are secured by a standard (non self-signed) SSL certificate and you should not see any browser errors/warnings.

If you have any questions, feel free to open a support ticket.
