What happens if I exceed my monthly data transfer quota?

Before that happens, our systems will attempt to contact you via email* when your monthly data transfer (bandwidth) has reached 90% or 98% during any given month. If and when you do exceed your monthly quota, your web site will become suspended and your visitors will be shown a "Bandwidth exceeded" page.

You can unsuspend your account by upgrading to a hosting package with more bandwidth or by waiting until your bandwidth counter is reset to zero which is at the 1st of the next calendar month.

Your bandwidth usage is shown in your cPanel, on the left of the main page when you log in.

*You will be emailed at the address used when you signed up for hosting which should always be different from any of your domain accounts.
